Request account deletion

CoachSlate users can request permanent deletion of their account and associated data from the app or the web.

In the app

1. Sign in to CoachSlate.
2. Open Settings and privacy.
3. Select Delete my account and confirm the request.

What is deleted

The request covers the account profile, workout plans, workout logs, progress records, messages, nutrition plans, and other data associated with the account. Requests are completed within seven days, and confirmation is sent to the account email. Information may be retained only when required for legal or security reasons.

If you cannot access your account, email justin@chlolinsystems.com from the address associated with the account.
